Initially, I like to set up an appointment to meet and go over all the aspects of what you would like your new image to be. This also can be done over the phone or thru email with the aid of this site if you are a great distance away. Once all your information is gathered, a design charge will be required to start the process. The charge usually runs $250.00 – $350.00 depending on the scope of the work. This is a separate charge from any other work to be done. When payment is received I will go to work on your design and set up an appointment (if you are having truck lettering/striping). The design process usually takes 3-4 weeks depending on work load. Normal lead time for truck lettering appointments is 2-3 months
Once the design is complete I will schedule a second meeting to go over everything. Again, if distance is a problem, we can correspond thru email. If any changes need to be made we can do them thru email. I will make minor changes to the initial design the first time at no charge. Any changes after that will be billed at $30.00 per change. Once the design is finalized I will send you a written quote for your job and confirm your appointment date(s) if you are having truck lettering.
For truck lettering/striping – your truck must be dropped off the afternoon/evening before your appointment date. If you can wash it, please do, because you can’t wash your vehicle for 1 week after your lettering or striping has been done. Your job is payable in full upon pickup of your vehicle (usually the day after your appointment). I will also provide you with an instruction sheet on how to care for
Should you require your design/logo to be used for garments or other specialty work, I will provide them directly to your vendor.
